3E4E4 ANNUAL CHALET 2009
DATE: 21-23 DECEMBER
VENUE: COSTA SANDS DOWNTOWN EAST
(the one you pay $1 for entry)

PRICE PER PERSON: approx 29 SGD (inclusive of food)
approx 9 SGD (if coming only for bbq)
IF YOU HAVE ANY PLATES, CHARCOAL, FIRESTARTERS, WIREMESH, BUTTER, HONEY OR EVEN SAUSAGES THAT YOU DO NOT NEED OR WOULD LIKE TO DONATE TO THE BBQ, KINDLY BRING THEM AND HOPEFULLY WE CAN CUT EVEN MORE COSTS.

chalet was a great one.
day 1
went shopping at giant for BBQ stuff.
had lots of fun...
made so much noise tt we kena complained.
some of them visited OCH at night.
day 2
went shopping at giant agn for more food.
BBQ at night.
damn damn high.

DETAILS OF CHALET
Chalet starts 21 dec and ends at 23 dec....
Location at costa sands downtown (the one which you pay 1 dollar to go in).
The room is at D block, D1428 (2nd block)
BBQ will commence on the evening of 22 dec.

Dearest 3e4e4, class chalet has been confirmed. It will be held at COASTA SANDS DOWNTOWN (we will inform you guys agn as to where the room is) from 21st-23rd Dec 2008. The room cost $300 as it is near Christmas. Each person will have to pay $25 (room+bbq) instead of the original $20. Please do remember to bring it on the day itself. The organizers said,"NO $$$ NO CHALET"
BBQ will be on 22nd night.

The dates mentioned earlier were not available.
Yuan Hong and Hai Hong went down personally today to check out the dates.
The chalet will be held from 21st Dec 2008- 23rd Dec 2008.
Please inform Yuan Hong at 90262139 (whether u are going or not).
Please inform him latest by next week so that they can book the room asap (before it's fully booked).
Money will be collected before chalet just in case some of you decide not to turn up the last minute (which,hopefully wont happen).
